Trick or Treat!
Autumn climbed up on the table and got into the candy (this is the day before Halloween) and I was able to catch a few shots on camera.
Tongue girl!
What a great smile!
Then, this afternoon (before all of our Halloween festivities) Autumn, all dressed up and wearing the shoes she picked out decided she needed to make a phone call.
I cannot explain it, but this picture tickles me.
So we finally get Autumn in her costume:
And she was completely unhappy about it!
Up close and unhappy.
We made our way to the Arctic Oasis for the Halloween party (that was nice and warm!) and let me tell you, it was a MADHOUSE in there! Autumn of course had to work on her fitness.
Sean helping her hone her climbing skills (thanks Sean!).
Going up!
Now for the more serious workout:
Lifting weights. You don't get to be the toughest baby in Alaska by taking a night off to trick or treat!
Penguin Squats.
Getting ready to jump off!
Then Dylan arrives dressed as a horse and with cowboy boots on. He is so cute!
He was studying people dancing- He looks so serious.
Autumn and Dylan together at last!
Just chatting it up!
That might make that horse move faster Autumn, but I don't know how your dad feels about you doing that!
Spooky Dylan. This was the haunted house at the Oasis. Autumn really liked it, but I'm not sure why they had it in that room with all that light!
After the Oasis, Sean took Autumn trick or treating.
Walking down the street!
Sean and Autumn coming back towards our house. It was hard to keep the top of Autumn's costume on, considering how cold it was, you'd think she want to wear it.
My sweet little trick or treater!! She was saying trick or treat to the other kids she would pass, but when she would get to a door, she would clam up.
Autumn started giving candy to the other children out of her own bucket.
OK mom and dad, I'm so cold, do we have to do this anymore??
It was pretty cold, Autumn was shivering, her fingers were turning blue, she had enough. It was a great time. I really enjoyed seeing Autumn interact with her dad and the other children. A Halloween I'll always remember. Hope yours was great too!
