Disney World Surprise!
Sean took some time off from work and we surprised the girls with a visit to the happiest place on earth. It was hard for me to keep it a secret, I was dying to tell Autumn, but I managed to keep my mouth shut! As we drove through the gates that welcome you to Disney world, Autumn says, "are we on Mickey Road?" We said yes, then Autumn says, "Ha! Does that mean we are going to see Mickey House?" Yes!
Autumn kept telling us how much she loved us throughout the whole trip! After we got all checked into our hotel, we went swimming.
Millie didn't enjoy the water very much. She was shivering!
On the other hand, Autumn wouldn't get out of the water!
Millie had a lot of fun watching Autumn, once she was dry and warm.
The next morning, we got up extra early and started making our way to the Magic Kingdom.
The girls wore their buttons.
Princess Millie waiting to go in.
A random Roww sighting.
We hit up some stuff in Fantasyland. Peter Pan, It's a small world, the carosuel. Then we headed over to do Haunted Mansion and The Pirates of the Carribean. Both the Haunted Mansion and Pirates scared Autumn and Millie. I felt like an evil person when inside the haunted mansion Millie said over and over, "Garred! Home!" When the doors opened at the Haunted Mansion to get onto the ride, Millie thought we were leaving and very sadly said, "Tank you." People were giving me horrified looks. I'll admit, it might have been a little too much for the girl. Once we got going on the ride though, she started blowing kisses to the ghosts.
At the end of the Pirates ride, Autumn thought a pirate was trying to stab her with his sword. We saw pirate goofy and she asked to visit him. We waited in line and once it was our turn, she kind of freaked out.
I think I love this photo!
Tea time!
Sean had us spinning really fast and then kept changing directions!
You think she'll blow?
This IS my smile.
Amazingly, Autumn was tall enough for splash mountain!
The aquamarine hooded terrorist = Autumn square pants. This ride scared her, but she really did like it!
Taking a minute to play.
Driving Mr Daisy.
DUMBO!
Caught the old man smiling!
Millie fell asleep for a few hours in the jogger. Wish I could have hopped on in there with her!
Autumn and I did the people mover ride in Tomorrowland. She thought it was a roller coaster. Sean took her on the rocket ships (kind of like Dumbo) above the people mover. Sean got to do all the really cool stuff with Autumn, while I got the peoplemover. Thanks.
We stopped to watch the show at Cinderella's castle. When the witch made an appearance, Autumn got scared. The witch talked about casting a spell that would be a nightmare and Mickey said if you wanted to defeat the witch, you had to say "Dreams come true." Autumn screamed from the top of her lungs, "DREAMS COME TRUE!" Then repeated it over and over until the evil witch went away.
Autumn got her ears!
Millie got a shirt!
That evening we went to dinner at the Yachtsman Steakhouse. I had a filet mignon with lobster and bernaise sauce. Sean had a strip steak with peppercorn dressing whilst Autumn and Millie had steak and fries. It was a wonderful meal.
The next morning, Sean took Autumn to downtown Disney looking for a balloon. When that was unsuccessful, he bought the girl a lolipop. When he got back to the car, Millie was quite upset that she didn't get a lolipop too. So a few minutes later, a lot of tears and then a second lolipop, Millie was a happy girl again!
The roller coaster at Seaworld. Pretty sure Autumn rode that thing like a hundred times!
The awesome play structure at Seaworld.
Sean trying to convince Autumn to do it.
Millie had a blast crawling and climbing around in there.
What a sweet heart!
Arrr Matey.
Wrap up.
Autumn's favorite ride was the goofy roller coaster.
Millie's favorite thing was the "fun."
My favorite part was the Haunted Mansion.
Sean's favorite part was "the part where we went to Disney World."
The Jordan's.
