Out on snow shoes.
We've been meaning to go for a few weeks now, but finally, we got out on our (Sean's) snow shoes.
We headed over to Ship Creek Trail. Not to far from the house, not too technical and you can sled there if you like.
Emelia got in the car and
Drove us there. Oh just kidding, I had to include these pictures though because she is so darn cute.
I had Emelia.
Sean had Autumn. On a side note, we finally got our hard top and I must admit, having that glass back there makes it so much easier to get in and out than with the soft top.
We got everybody all geared up, took a few photos,
I guess this is boring......
But I love to take her little picture.
Then got moving.
Off they go. Isn't it pretty out there?
We need to get Autumn use to the snow again. It happens every year and we sort of have to train her to deal with the conditions, after a few weeks, she'll be good to go again. Emelia did great- she was talking, cooing, excited and everything else about being out there.
At one point, Autumn wanted me to hold her, do you see the look on her face! Doesn't that just about beat all. Shortly after this shot, I almost fell down and Autumn decided it was a safer bet to hang with her dad!
I won't lie one bit, I didn't mind it at all that Autumn wanted to go with Sean!
All that snow on those great big trees.
Not sure if you can see it, but in the distance, the sun is glimmering off the mountain top snow.
A bear den maybe?
More views.
We headed even further up to the skiing area parking lot and sat on a ski lift for a few photos and views.
Don't you love Alaska?
My sweet girl in Miss Cindy lou hoo's hat.
Sean and Autumn enjoying the view from the ski lift swing.
Safe and sound back at the car. Autumn wanted to "turn the whale."
That's it for us today. Until next time!
The Jordan's.
