Day 10. Does it ever end?
Hard to believe that months after taking this trip, I'm still talking about it. Day ten starts in Vernal, Utah.
After a short drive, we enter:
Colorful Colorado. We made a pit stop at Dinosaur National Monument.
Autumn following the tracks.
There were such pretty views out there.
My new favorite picture of Emelia and me.
Beautiful wild flowers.
Autumn getting a chance to have a little fun.
We decided to take a little walk. We have been stuck in the car for several days.
I come across this tree and think that it is really beautiful.
Emelia having a blast on the trail.
My people.
Where is my bow and arrow?
After driving through Dinosaur National Monument, we get back on the road. I wasn't quite prepared for:
Running in to snow again.
It was just a little bit of snow at first.
The sky looked beautiful.
It turned into a lot of snow. I didn't have snow tires on my car and we were in the mountains. I won't lie when I tell you that I was scared.
We made it through, slowly, but we did it. We stopped for the night in a town called El Rancho, Colorado. We only drove 368 miles today, but we had a blast!
The Jordan's.
