Bikes and bruises.

We spent so much of the day inside and it was so pleasant out this late afternoon.

I decided we needed to get out of the house for a bit.

I think the yard is looking quite nice.

There are brown spots, but that is where the weeds are dying.

I need to edge.

The girls wanted to ride their bikes.

I think you can see in this picture, if you look at the clouds, the weather front.

Sweet Millie.

Shortly after I took this photo, the girls were riding and Autumn passed Millie.

As she was passing, a car was coming.

Autumn zoomed back over in front of Millie and caused a big wreck.

There was crying and bleeding, but only Millie was hurt.

She basically had some road rash on her.

I was angry with Autumn because not only did she pass in an unsafe manner, she nearly got hit by a car and then wrecked Millie out.

I asked Millie what did she want to do. Go home? Or press on?

She decided:

She wanted to keep going.

That girl is so tough.

They wanted to go to the lake to look at duck's.

Autumn said, "I wish we had brought the fishing poles."

Seriously, these girls make me smile.

Riding through the "woods".

"Mom. This part is so scary. I feel like I'm going to fall into the fence."
