Our Anniversary
Last night, Sean and I celebrated ten years together. It is crazy that it has been ten years. Do not get me wrong, sometimes it feels like it has been ten years, but other times, it does not. We went to Kobe, a Japanese Steak House here in Anchorage. The food was wonderful, the atmosphere was great and the price was right. Autumn was very entertained (yet afraid of) our chef. She did not know what to make of the big fire, but she didn't cry about it. She gobbled up almost all of my shrimp. This was the first time she ever had shrimp and I had no idea she would like it so much.
We have a lot going on this weekend. We will be celebrating Autumn's birthday one week from today and have things we need to take care of for that. We need to get some things accomplished around the house, but we are making time for fun too. We want to go and see Coraline, go to the Museum of Natural History, go for a family walk and go see Kelly and Ashley cross the finish line of a 100 mile trek.!! That's right, I said 100 miles. Some people think that is insane, but I think it is cool. I would love to do something like that one day. They will get to see things the rest of us never will. Kelly will be wearing a GPS tracker so that we can see where they are. To check out their progress, click here.
I wish the best of luck to those guys and hopefully, we can get some pictures of them as they cross the finish line.
