Happy Easter.

Autumn woke up to a trail of jelly beans leading to her Easter Basket. Once she found it, her first words were, "It's so cool. It's Christmas time." She loved all the things in her basket (like- the bunny from Grandma and Grandpa Jordan, her "SO CUTE" Easter dress as she called it, her lollipop, her ladybug pen). After checking out everything in her basket, she started looking for eggs. So did Emelia. Here are some pictures of our day.

Emelia couldn't be bothered to stop eating for a picture. She also didn't care if the wrapper was off of her candy or not.

Finding a new one!

Seeing as how it was Easter and everything, there were at least two things going on in this household.

1. Prayer. Dear Lord in Heaven, thank you for the Easter bunny. That is all. Amen.

The other thing.... DISHES!!!

Making them girls earn their keep. We are having ham, deviled eggs, homemade dinner rolls, sweet potatoes. For Dessert, blackberry cheesecake squares. There were A LOT of dishes. I've already done two loads today and we haven't even made it to dinner yet.

Ta da. Something totally amazing that Emelia has been doing:

I'm not going to lie, I cried a little bit. It just seems so shocking that she would be trying to walk already. I know, I know. I have to get over it. She just turned 11 months old yesterday and next month she will be one. She is doing a great job at growing up.

From our house to yours:
