Clean.

I've been doing better about waking up early.

I figure that if I wake up early, it will help me fall asleep at the right time.

With school rapidly approaching, I do not have much time to get the girls adjusted.

Thankfully, they are not too far off their normal schedule (they have been going to bed on time because I need my peace and quiet in the evenings), but the wakeups have been all over the place.

13 days until school starts for the girls.

WOW!!! That is soon.

So, I ran later even though I woke up early.

I ate breakfast and then had to wait for that to settle.

My legs were super sore from doing yoga yesterday, so it affected my time today.

I'm not pushing myself yet though.

Just running at a relaxing pace.

Then I did insanity.

I also did my Tuesday chores.

The girls helped me.

I made them pickup after themselves, a lot today.

They didn't mind helping with the chores, but they didn't like running after each little mess.

I am hoping to impress upon them that I don't like picking up all the little messes anymore than they do.

I've instituted a new rule.

Any mess left out before school in the morning or bed at night is going to the garbage.

They don't like that rule, but seriously, I'm kind of getting tired of it.

More than kind of.

Anyway, I'm trying to get us all back to some kind of normal.

Earlier today,

Autumn accidentally sneezed on Millie.

Millie responded by smacking Autumn in the head with a purse.

I told Millie that while it is really gross to be sneezed on, hitting her sister was not acceptable.

I told Millie that being sneezed on was not much different from being licked and how would she like it if I hit her in the head with a purse every time she licked someone one?

To which Millie responds, "What kind of purse is it?"

Then I'm not supposed to laugh, but seriously, that was really funny.

I told her a big purse with a lot of weights in it.....
