Prepare to be amazed!
Remember a few days ago I posted a picture of Emelia sleeping in the swing? I said that I was pretty sure I had a similar picture of Autumn. Today, I found it and Sean cropped them for me so that I could do a side by side comparison. Prepare to be amazed!
That is Autumn on the left (about 8 weeks old) and Emelia on the right (3 weeks old). Sean had a hard time distinguishing between the two girls! I personally think they look an AWFUL lot a like. So all you people who keep reminding me that Emelia looks like Sean's mini me, I GET IT! I give up, you are correct, Emelia looks like Sean. I guess those Jordan genes are just too overpowering.
Moving right along. We are still feeling sick, but getting better. I believe we have all turned a corner. Sean drank some carrot juice yesterday (that he purchased from the commissary- Phyllis you should be proud!!) and he seems to be almost 100 percent. Tomorrow, I shall purchase the nasty carrot juice and down it! I'm certain I won't get Autumn to drink any, but she is just about 100 percent now too!
Speaking of Autumn,
She found my old (I mean OLD) glasses in one of our end tables. She has been wearing them, thankfully not on her face a whole lot.
When she does manage to get them over her eyes, she looks cross eyed. Fortunately when I did wear glasses, my vision wasn't horrible, but still, I've been hiding those glasses because it cannot be healthy to wear prescription glasses if you do not need them.
I think I finally managed to capture some decent photos of Emelia. On to the show:
That outfit is courtesy one of my girlfriends Samantha (thank you Sam!!).
Upclose.
For dinner this evening, we had:
Simple Pan Fired Pork Chops with smashed new potatoes and Lima beans. Again, another very delicious meal courtesy of the Pioneer Woman. In case I have forgotten to tell you, the sweet cream dessert was extremely good, but it is extremely sweet. It's best to make sure you only eat a small serving of it!
OK, back to my girls.
Hi baby.
Autumn chatting while Emelia is worried. Who can blame her, Autumn has tried to carry her in weird ways, tried to drop her, tried to poke her eye ball out, tried to put the snot sucker thingy in her nose and or/mouth, and all sorts of things I am sure I do not know about.
Autumn rubbing her eyes (hey, that is what happens when you get up at 4 am, you get tired Autumn! Why don't you think about sleeping in until lets say 6 am or heaven forbid 7 am!) and Emelia intently watching.
The girls side by side now.
Finally:
One of my new favorite photos.
The Jordan's.
