Under Pressure

I've been walking in the evening after I put the girls to bed.

We've been having such pleasant evenings here.

The temperatures are probably in the lower 60s.

I wish I was disciplined enough to get up and run early in the mornings, when it is still dark out.

This week is teacher appreciation week and the girls were to bring in flowers for their teachers.

Aren't they adorable?

After getting everyone to school,

I did a 5k.

Then I went to

Torture therapy. Actually, this one is not too bad.

You just have to pull the tops of those (they are velcroed on there) and try to get down to as few squares as possible.

Kind of like that game at cracker barrel.

I always get down to four.

I cannot seem to figure out how to do better than that.

The therapist gave me a mini massager to use at home.

After running a bunch of errands, I picked up Millie and then got to work on the strawberries.

I took your advice and froze them in a single layer before

Sealing them in a bigger freezer bag.

I think they are going to go great in my smoothies.

Or even ice cream!

After grabbing Autumn, we did homework and I got to work on

The deck. Before.

Voila!

I forgot to ask you a question about the sprayer I bought for the fence.

There is one in the garage and it has something in it.

I swear that is the one I bought.

Do you know what is in that?

I am going to seal the fence later this week and I need to know if I should just go and by a new sprayer.

It is crazy how the pressure washer can do that!

I'm getting ready to grill some chicken, make some rice/green beans.

Then headed to your mom's to check on cats.

Then to church.

OK, I'm out.

I love you.
