Taking it easy.
Autumn and I took it pretty easy today. I know if you had been here, we would have got out of the house and did something fun. It was nice weather and wasn't terribly cold.
This morning we watched movies. Autumn picked out Pinocchio. My plan was to keep her awake through nap (we got off schedule last night because of the spousal meeting at the Commander's house- Autumn didn't get to bed until almost 930 pm and woke up at 830 this am), but I looked over and:
Angel girl was knocked out. We both slept for a little bit.
After nap time, we finally got dressed and made our way to the commissary. That was not very much fun, they were out of everything, chicken, lettuce, milk. Once we got home, I unloaded the groceries, shoveled the drive way, swept off the Jeep, took down the Christmas lights (Sean- that is totally a man's job and I absolutely refuse to ever do it again), took out the garbage, and did some light cleaning around the house. While I was taking down the lights though, I started to have some minor contractions. Not enough to worry about, but enough to let me know I needed to sit down for a bit.
So that is what we are doing this evening. Putting our feet up, drinking some water and taking it easy. Autumn must be teething again, she got her teething tablets and handed them to me. We are both still feeling a little under the weather.
I think on Tuesday Autumn and I are going to drive down to Girdwood and go for a hike. The weather looks like it will hold for a few more days. If not, we may go for a hike out at Alpenglow. We need to get out of the house and do something outside. I hate to go by myself, but I don't know anyone who likes to do that sort of thing.
Mr T made it to well I don't know where yet, he is still on the road as I write this. It looks like he will make it to Haines tonight though.
I hope to hear from you soon. I miss you and love you bunches.
