Fall has arrived.
At least for the moment. When I dropped Autumn off to school, it was 50 degrees. The girls BOTH said they were cold. I'll admit it, I even wore my little fleece jacket.
This picture was from yesterday, but somehow was still on my phone.
These are the new houses down the road from us. I think there are 5 up already. Our neighborhood is going to look different to you!
After taking Autumn to school,
Millie and I came home and threw open all the windows. Man, it is so nice outside. 72 degrees in the house with no A/C running! I'm hoping we don't have to turn it on for awhile. I'm sure your wallet could use a little break.
N/Kip sent me a text message and said that she left in such a hurry this morning, she didn't have a chance to let her dogs out, would we do it? I told her no problem, the girls love to visit her dogs. Millie and I went over there and took Gizmo and Lilly for a walk around the yard.
Then we went back to school to grab Autumn. Millie told Autumn all about the puppies, so we had to go back!
We took them on another little walk. You know, when the girls got up there on the couch, I noticed Mr prince fur all over it. I hope he doesn't cause a problem with the neighbors. That is Lilly next to Autumn.
I was holding Gizmo. He still has a hard time with the girls, but he is coming around.
Autumn carrying Lilly. Lilly is so afraid.
After playing with the puppies, the girls got in the jogger and I ran up and down our street four times for a total of 4.8 miles. Then we came in and put Millie down for her nap. Once Millie woke up, we went outside to play
Soccer. Autumn wore her soccer uniform to school today.
Kick!
Now she is the goalie.
What is this? Well that was me getting a goal! HA
Autumn taking another turn.
She scored! She did get mad if I blocked it. She even went inside and shut/locked the door. When she came back out, I explained to her that the goalie's job is to block the ball. I don't think she gets it....
Now Millie gets a turn.
Happy because Grandma just walked out!
Nose.
Millie showing off her scarecrow, "sunflower."
Autumn's scarecrow, "pumpkin."
Stacking.
Those girls love their Grandma.
We had a nice day. Still have the windows open. All that is left today is eat dinner, bathe the girls and go to bed.
