September.

Can you believe it is September already? Sometimes it feels like time is just dragging and then other times it feels like it is flying by.

Yesterday I had a rough day. I didn't throw up or anything, but my stomach really hurt, I felt really tired and I was profusely sweating throughout the whole day. I woke up today feeling much better.

Regardless of how I am feeling, things go on.

I asked Autumn if she wanted to go to Krispy Kreme to get some donuts and she said, "I haven't been there in over a year." I bet it does feel that way to the girl.

They enjoyed watching and explaining to the other kids what was happening.

Autumn got mad at me when I asked her to come and pick out her donuts. I told her she could go back and look at them again, but what did she want to eat? She picked donut holes, as did Millie.

Donuts make everyone happy?

I went to starbucks and picked up a coffee for me. A mocha to be exact and I think that may have been what did it to me. I had two cups of coffee on an empty stomach. Anyway, while I was getting my coffee, your mom called. She wanted to drop something off to me, but not stay at the house. When we got home, she was waiting in the drive way. When she left, Autumn pitched a huge fit for about 30 minutes. I finally distracted the girl with the pool. She did well the rest of the day. Autumn is a bit under the weather. She has a runny nose and a little bit of a cough.

Yes, Millie is wearing socks with her sandals. Autumn is wearing socks, so it is a requirement for Millie to also wear socks.

I put Millie down for her nap and then did my Insanity workout. I only have 3 weeks left and I didn't want to miss a workout. I did end up breaking it down into segments and taking breaks in between. Once I got done with that, I mowed the front yard. Then Autumn and I hopped in the pool to cool down.

On our way out back, I noticed one of the kittens. He has been hanging around. A LOT. I think I could actually catch that guy and I'm thinking about setting a trap and then taking him over to the local animal shelter. The other kitten is much too scared.

I felt like passing out. I think the sweating was good for me though.

While I was laying out, I got a text from N. She said that her and Kip were stuck in Atlanta, could I check on the dogs for her. She told me how to get into their house, so Autumn and I headed over there (Millie was still sleeping).

I thought the clouds were pretty.

I had to keep Gizmo away from Autumn. He still seems to be very paranoid about her. The other dog, Lilly was very sweet to Autumn. Actually, I think by Autumn holding and being nice to Lilly, it calmed Gizmo down. After a few minutes, he stopped snapping at Autumn and started licking her and letting her pet him.

Autumn asked me if she could have one. I told her she would have to ask you about it.

Autumn went to bed at 7 pm last night. Millie went to bed at 8 pm. I took a nice, long hot bath. I went to bed about 830 and didn't wake up until 7 am this morning. I still feel a little run down, but better.

We went to church this morning.

I forgot Millie's glasses and decided I didn't want to fight with Autumn over her boots and her shorts that didn't match at all.

We were going to go for a hike on Pine Mountain trail after church, but it is just too hot. We will do it in the morning since the girls do not have school tomorrow.

Millie told me she wanted, "Cherry Berry," so we headed over there. Millie picks out a different ice cream almost every time we go. This time she picked out Valencia Orange. I think it was her favorite thus far.

I am getting ready to cut the grass in the backyard and then if it doesn't storm, we will take a dip in the pool.

The Count: 72 days of cherry berrying around without you.
