Happy de Birthday to me!
I did not take a picture of Millie's leg today, but it looks a little better than yesterday. It seems to me that the pain is decreasing some each day. I will take a new picture of it tomorrow for you.
I still have pictures from the cabin to put up here! Autumn slept up top one night, but in the bottom bunk with me or on the sleep mattress with some of her cousins. Millie slept with me each night.
You already saw my tattoo, this was Autumn's.
So much for an electronic free weekend!
The turkey.
The jolly green giant who cooked it! OK, that is Gary. I've known Gary since I was about 9 years old, scratch that... my sister Sarah and his little brother Steven were born a few days apart and we knew each other then.... so I have known Gary since I was 4 years old!!!!!!!! We lost touch somewhere right before high school. His dad was in the Navy, like my dad and that sort of thing happens all the time. We all recently got back in contact with one another and now, my childhood friend is dating Sarah Marie. It really is nice to see Sarah with someone that I personally know that has such a sweet, kind heart. I have already informed Sarah that if Gary and Sarah break up, we are keeping Gary. She can find a new family!
I decided the girls should come and sit at the table and color while the turkey was cooking. It just seemed like a safe bet.
Jordie.
Sizzle. There was too much oil...
So they dumped some oil out in the grass, near the wood swing. I thought that was sort of asking for trouble, but what the heck do I know?
Millie and Uncle Ryan.
Autumn has been drawing snakes.
Abby doing the decorating.
Katie.
Melancholy.

Working on Christmas decorations.
Millie really enjoyed this part.
So did Autumn.
Our friends Arvin and Ashwin.
Millie was quite impressed with her snowman.
My turkey. I did an awesome job!
This looks right to me!!!!!!!!!

The girls holding up their letters.
Autumn, Katie and Jordan.
Mad face.
In the back on the left is Skyla (Gary's daughter- 9 years old), Abby (10). On the swing starting on the left is Jordan (3), Isaiah (4), Katie (7), Millie (2), Autumn (4).
We decided to take a little hike on the Palmetto Trail.
Skyla and Millie.
Who is going in the water first? That is the question!
I guess she didn't want me to do that!
Everyone was throwing rocks in the water when my mom, Connie and Sarah started freaking out about Millie being near the "edge". I was like, are you serious? Poor Millie doesn't get to have any fun.
All the girls.
Autumn is so sweet.
Silly faces! Isaiah is pouting!!
I guess the walk wore her out!
I grabbed her pillow and made her more comfortable.
Aurora's new spot.
Once it got dark, we sang Christmas songs and made/decorated Christmas stuff.
Kaitlyn always manages to be super creepy!
Autumn's creation.
Mine.
Jordan.
Millie slept through this whole part, so we will do hers later.
How the evening looked! HA HA HA HA HA
Sunrise.
Aurora again.
The playground at Connie's RV park.
Scary!
Autumn got a whole in one. Like no kidding, a whole in one.
Millie looked like a little old lady out there.
Miss Connie helping Millie. Millie loves her.
This may or may not have been their favorite part of the whole weekend. Do you think we could get them one for Christmas or something?
Last night it felt so cozy and relaxing in here. The only thing missing? You.
I love all the lights. Now we need to decorate the outside.
Aurora moved to the tree, but Millie touched her today, so we shall perform elf surgery at bed time. Autumn has asked that Aurora recover with her in her bed. I told her that was OK as long as she didn't tell Millie.
This morning I checked the mail as I put the garbage out and a package was sitting in the box.
YAY for socks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I love them!!!!!!!!!!!!
I took the girls to school and did some window browsing as well as treated myself to lunch at Zoe's.
Shrimp and Chicken skewers. Delicious!
I picked the girls up from school and Miss Millie told me:
"I didn't cry mommy. Great day." So sweet.
Millie sang to me "happy de birthday" all the way home. She didn't really say it on this video, but you get the general idea.
Silly Autumn.
Aww!
Is that not a sad face?
Someone is in big trouble!
Just kidding!
Animals!
Isn't she looking so grown up?
I am going to hop in a shower now. Going to dinner with your mom and dad tonight.
I love you and I miss you.
Wish you were here.
Your current wife and favorite airman. xoxo
