Take a moment to breathe.
It has been a busy day. Autumn had a 9 am follow up appointment with her pediatrician and that went well.
Autumn was happily entertaining Millie (who was sitting in my lap) by playing peek a boo through the different slots in that chair. Emelia thought it was hysterical.
The girls have been getting along quite well.
They have been a bit tired though. I think they are getting a slight cold. I guess it is mostly from all this weather change. 80 degrees one day and then 57 the next.
Our doctor told me a little bit about what to expect in an upcoming visit for Autumn and I'm feeling really anxious and stressed out about it. I've called the nurse that is handling our case and left a message and hoping to hear back from her soon. I guess as long as it is before the appointment it doesn't matter when they call me back. I've sent you the information that the doctor gave me and I'm wondering what your thoughts on the matter are.
After the doctors appointment, we ran to Walmart to get the snacks for Autumn's class this week. It's our turn. Then we had lunch at home and your mom came over. We promptly left and ended up going all over creation to find athletic clothes for Autumn. Her first soccer practice is this week. I have to tell you, I was very disappointed. Every store we went to had a huge selection of boys athletic clothes, but if there was any girl stuff at all, it was super short shorts. I wouldn't and know you don't approve of Autumn or Millie wearing super short shorts. I settled for a pair of pants at Target that were on clearance for $4 and they'll work for this week, but I think I'm going to have to look online for something better.
Anyway, I'm really missing you and wishing you were here to calm my nerves and tell me what I should do about this appointment with Autumn. I'm so glad your mom will be available to go with me.
Wishing to be reunited with you!
