I've done it again.

You know that thing I do every time you deploy?

Man, I don't even want to finish this post.

So back to that thing I do EVERY SINGLE TIME YOU DEPLOY.............

Whoops! I need to get back into my routine of driving the Jeep every Monday. I went to start it today, since it was warm outside and I could immediately tell that the battery was dead.

Autumn was very observant and quite interested in what was going on, so I shared as much information as I could. I used the charger and initially put the prong things on the wrong terminals, despite telling myself not to do that. I had Autumn step back when I plugged it in. I heard a popping sound and disconnected immediately. I sort of realized what I did as I did it. I put the prong things on the correct terminal and plugged it back in. It was charging. I waited about 5 minutes.

Pointed out the dip stick, the engine coolant, the windshield wiper fluid. Seriously, Autumn was interested at the engine compartment of the Jeep. You should try to involve her more with that sort of stuff.

I had her step down and go back to her chair while I tried to start the car again. It started. Sweet! I let it run in the driveway while I loaded the girls car seats. We went and got gas (NC) so I could be sure to drive it some this week.

It was SO hot today.

I tried to talk the girls into going on a hike and Autumn told me she just wanted to go home.

Twirling x scary.

We shall go for a hike tomorrow. I think I'm going to take them where you and I went hiking alone. I think that hike will be fairly easy for them and me, plus we'll get to see some waterfalls.

We did church this morning, lunch, nap time, iguana's. I'm ready for bed. Exhausted doesn't even cover it.

I love you.

Your current wife and favorite airman. xoxo
