Tattoos and words.
Super happy to have this
and only paid $11.99 thanks to gift card money and coupons.
The girls asked for tattoos tonight. This is Millie's.
Autumn's.
Words.
Everyone is all smiles now, but this afternoon Autumn asked me if you were coming to her birthday party. I told her you would not be home in time for that. I really thought she knew that already.
A few minutes later I hear her crying in her bedroom. I went in there and on my way, I overheard her saying, "My daddy is never coming home. He doesn't love me. He isn't even coming to my birthday." She was beside herself.
I couldn't help myself, I cried. Once Autumn and I got our cries all out, I had a talk with her. I told her that we were going to have a birthday party with her cousin Jordan at the bowling alley, but that if she wanted, we could do another birthday party when you came home. She said that was what she wanted to do.
I'll have to let your mom, Brett and Jennifer know because I had planned to do something small the Saturday before Autumn's birthday, but we will push it a few weeks so that you are home.
This deployment is really starting to take its toll on us.
Rough day.
I love you and miss you much.
Your current wife and favorite airman. xoxo
The count: 118 and 68 days of needing you home.
