Another day of Callaway.
I think more than any place else, we have spent a ton of time at Callaway. I wrote on my facebook this morning that I would be slowly pulling down Christmas deocrations and that I was thinking about going to Callaway to walk around. My friend Kristen called me and asked if she could come to.
I loaded up the people and off we went.
All six of us.
I used my brand new Garmin and it was quite simple.
The church.
Autumn square pants.
Silly Millie.
We have beautiful girls.
Agreed?
Abigail, Autumn and Millie.
After visiting at the church, we headed back to the butterfly center.
Checking out the buggies.
This flower was so beautiful. My camera doesn't capture all the details on it. I don't know if it is the quality of my camera or perhaps the lighting, but at the end of each one of those "spokes" was a silvery dot. It was simply stunning.
Autumn was having such a good time.
But Miss Millie, was not.
Autumn trying to cheer Millie up with tickles.
I forget that Millie is not really a fan of the butterflies. They scare her.
Alston is such a ham.
Little Miss Melancholy.
They had a beautiful tree outside of the butterfly room.
Sweet girls.
Smiles for miles.
In order for us to go to Callaway, Millie missed her nap. At 330 pm, she lost her marbles. She was screaming and crying and carrying on, it was a mess! Thankfully, I warned my friend ahead of time that this would happen!
Awwwwww.
Isn't that just the saddest thing you have ever seen?
I know Autumn looks ridiculous in this picture, but she was dealing with the grouchy end of an Emelia James. I don't blame her one little bit for looking that way!
We headed home where we visited some more with Kristen, Abigail and Alston. After they left, we reheated some dinner, put a fire in the fire place (yes, I built one on my own!), and then we watched a movie all together. Autumn is in bed now and Millie will be shortly.
I did not get very far on my taking down Christmas decorations. I will work on it some more tomorrow. I believe we are supposed to have rainy weather anyway. My Garmin told me walked 3 miles in total. I don't remember what the time was, but it was ridiculous because we walked most of it. Stopped multiple times to let the people run around, etc. I will likely plug it into the computer tomorrow and figure out how to use it!
In the mean time, I love you. I miss you very much.
Your current wife and favorite airman. xoxo
The count: 118 and 56 days of missing you.
