Rock-a-bye baby.
Today was full of chocolate!
The girls and I worked on a little something today.
Chocolate, butterscotch, coconut, sprinkles, mini morsels and marshmallows.
Chocolate dipping spoons for hot cocoa. We are making these for Christmas eve.
Autumn made most of the snowmen spoons. Actually, I only made one and Autumn made the rest. She had such a good time.
Autumn had me write a letter to Santa that went something like this:
Dear Santa,
Can I have a la la loopsy? I also want a girl Jeep, Jeep. I would like a microwave that works. I been a good girl. I have been nice to Millie. I have been nice to mommy and daddy. I sure miss him.
Love,
Autumn
We are going to give her letter to your dad tomorrow at church, since he is a mailman and all.
Millie did nothing but eat sprinkles!
I have these guys in the fridge now, in a ziploc bag. I hope they make it until Monday night.
I also made my chocolate bark. Tomorrow I will make the sugar cookies the kids will decorate on Christmas eve.
I have the menu all set. Going to make a ham, roasted sweet potato and cresent rolls. Your mom and dad are going to bring the salad. Brett and Jennifer are bringing the hot chocolate for the kids. I am also making Lasagna rolls and garlic bread. I am very excited about dinner even though it may not make a lot of sense! We will give the kids their Christmas PJs Monday night as well.
I think Autumn is the most excited about taking her snowman for a hot cocoa dip!
I have been thinking about you a lot. The stuff you are missing out on. I am doing my best to include you in as much as possible, but there was a moment tonight that I felt you couldn't miss. I grabbed the camera and crossed my fingers that Millie would keep singing even though I was recording. She did. For your viewing pleasure!
What a sweet girl!
I love you! I miss you so much.
Your current wife and favorite airman. xoxo
The count: 118 and 50 days of three chicks eating chocolate without you!!
