My daddy can.....
I never hear the end of the things "my daddy can" do! The fire for example. Well of course you can build a fire.... you have gone to arctic survival school. AND you are a man... that is pretty much your only job in life.... to build a fire.... and bring me coffee, and the girl coffee and when you get home, the other girl coffee.
Today we went to Target. We were supposed to meet up with Jennifer there, but after waiting for two hours, I left.
The girls did pick out a few things with some of the gift card $ your mom gave them. Why we needed more cell phones, I will never know. Millie pretended to call me and told me that she was "cooking salad for dinner." Autumn jumped in on the game and informed me that she was going to make "chocolate soup for dinner." YUCK!
After we left Target, I went and picked up my Indian food, beer and happy meals for the girls. Man am I tired of leftovers! I have enough Indian food to eat lunch and dinner tomorrow. I will just need to figure out what to feed the little people.
Autumn wanted me to call your mom and invite her over for a tea party today. I did and she passed. Autumn asked me if she was sick or something. I just told her that I guess grandma just wasn't in the mood to come over today, maybe later.
This is the other thing the girls picked out. They were having a blast playing with it while I put away the Christmas stuff.
Look at all that stuff I have to go through! UGH Really, we could use a few more bins for things too.
Thankfully, we have sweet little helpers.
Millie too. My job was to pull the branches off, Millie took them to Autumn and Autumn put them away. Sweet girls we have.
I got some of the outside stuff put away too, just not the lights on the house.
I managed to get the boxes into the attic all by myself. I didn't get hurt, hurt anyone else or break the house! WHOORAH!
Autumn was impressed with my fire today. Yesterday, not so much. Of course I cheated. That is a log on there from the store, that you just light!!!!
I was grateful to convince Millie to wear pants today. Our high was in the upper 40s and it was windy as well as wet outside.
After putting the stuff in the attic, again, without dying, we cleaned up some, again with help from the little people. We snacked a little bit and then watch Paranorman. There was some language in there, not appropriate for little kids, but other than that, Autumn thought the movie was pretty funny.
Headed to bed shortly. I love you and I miss you so much.
Why does Millie insist on scaring me so much and what is Autumn doing!!!
Your current wife and favorite airman. xoxo
The count: 118 and 57 days of wishing to tea party with you.
