Fishin' and Playin' - It's all the same!

Sean and Autumn trying to catch some trout. Operative word, trying. The wind was too strong- it kept the mosquitoes at bay at least! Autumn watching her dad. My turn! Autumn fishing. Thanks to those buff arms, I'm pretty sure she can already cast further than me. Then on to the park. This one is on base and has so many slides! Autumn had a blast. Now that I think about it, WE ALL HAD A BLAST! Autumn kicking up dirt. Of course she had to pick the biggest slide!! Going down. Look how much fun she is having though! Lets not forget Emelia!! My little Princess. So Sean comes up with a brilliant idea, and Emelia and I said: Oh my. Right about now you may be asking yourself, "What is Sean up to?" Well, I will show you. Yep. Autumn going down post armor all. Look at that speed! Everything was looking good and then: Emelia and I saw what was coming..... Ker plunk! In the dirt in her pretty little outfit. As you can see, she thoroughly enjoyed it. Sean fixed up all the s

We've been trying to limit our outings to no more than one big trip a day. So far, it has worked beautifully. Emelia fits right in and is so easy going. We've been getting outside and enjoying the sunshine. We've been trying to pick a park where I can get some walking in and Autumn can play. On our way to the park, we encountered: A doggie driver!!!! Emelia doing her thing- sleeping! Autumn enjoying the slide at Campbell Creek Park. Getting some good speed on that slide. Sassy Autumn. Running from Sean. Today we went to Taku Park. After walking near a lake, we came across a cute little park. Autumn had a good time. Not so sure I could say the same for Emelia! Autumn and Sean holding hands. Those two are so sweet. I cannot believe how big Autumn is getting. It really just dawned on me today. I don't know if it is because Emelia is here and she looks so small, or if it just really occurred to me that Autumn is really growing up. Sean and Emelia, again- Emelia doi

Welcome Emelia Grace!

I'll share the birth story another time, but for now I would like to introduce Emelia Grace Jordan. She was born on Sunday, May 23 at 1049 am. She weighs 8 pounds 10 ounces, was 21.5 inches long. Please enjoy our photos: Feeling rough! Getting cleaned up. Big Breath. I just liked this shot. Getting weighed. Getting to meet Emelia for the first time. As you can see, I had been crying, but I was very happy to be holding Emelia. My favorite shot of us together. A good shot of Emelia. Sean and Emelia. And yes it would kill him to smile! Getting to visit with Autumn finally! One of my favorite shots of Emelia. I cannot get over how quiet she is compared to Autumn and how much she sleeps. Trust me when I say, I'm not complaining, it is just so shocking after the savagery of little Miss Autumn Harvest. Autumn meeting Emelia. Autumn sharing her blanket with Emelia. Just goes to show you what kind of human Autumn is. Her most prized possession, she gives to her sister. Sweet gi
